Suffocate
To make this you will need up to page 23 unlocked on your player card emblems.
TEXT TUTORIAL:
#1) Get the ninja from page 23.
#2) Zoom into its right eye.
#3) You will see the little streak/fade, point that where you want it.
#4) Repeat #1-#3 until you are satisfied.
#5) Set a background, get the ring from page 11 and make it to where it only shows a little bit above the streak like the pic above then make it the same color as the background.

That's it, you've done it! It wont look shiny to you but to other players it will.
