Oh well, I do not know how to explain it, so I leave you with pictures taken by me personally to the emblem, look what it's like, I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to do this effect, since I'm looking for a long time ..

PS: Have you noticed the effect? In the sign of the lines are great, but in that little sprout strips that pass through the entire image! : D
RI-PS: I asked him how he was doing, but I did not wanted to reveal, if some kind soul could tell me how to do it, and I would be grateful to him!

ehm, i use the right eye ninja, and the effect it's very bad..

I can give the link to the guide on how to do this effect, so that I can apply it to best advantage? Because to me I can not.

Really simple.Go on youtube and search for ''Black Ops Tiger Emblem Ps3'' .There are lots of videos how to create a emblem for Black Ops and I´m sure that you´ll find the emblem on your picture.Good Luck.
