(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I hate Black Ops Multiplayer Map Pack maps, I enjoy the zombie maps. I want to remove Multiplayer maps or disable them but still be able to play the zombie maps, is there a way to do it?

That was one of the features I was wondering Call of Duty should add. The ability to select maps that you like. Most games let you search game modes in certain maps, but what I want is like a killstreak select page where it lists maps and you tick all the maps you would like to play in. So when you go to find game, you only get put in maps that you actually like not any map.

I just deactivated one of my accounts... but it didnt do anything, I still had all the DLC. Is there any requirements on which accounts you deactivate??

They should just give us the normal modes and then 3 dlc map gameplay selections. Let us choose if we want to play the dlc maps or not, or at least to the point where we don't wearch for them but still can merge our way in.

This isn't possible unless you remove the whole thing and don't play zombies.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the only way to bypass the new maps is having someone in your party with out them. I understand your pain, the new maps pretty much all suck and I only wanted call of the dead.

You have to deactivate the account from which you downloaded the DLC from to be not able to use. You will still keep the DLC but won't be able to use them. If deactivating and you are able to use the DLC, then that DLC is free to keep or you deactivated the wrong account.

Well I was watching a video on Youtube... and when he went across to click Deactivate, whilst hovering over Activate it said below 'This account is active' or something. Mine doesnt say that even on the account where I downloaded the dlc? Should it say that? If it doesnt matter then cool, I'll try again tomorrow, thanks.
Also if you deactivate that account that means you wont be able to use it on any account, right? Or can you onlly not use it on the one you downloaded it on? :/

Ye that used to be there in the old PS3 update. I really liked that, you couldn't click on Activate as it meant that account is activated on that PS3. After the PS3 updated they removed that, I really don't know why or when/if it will come back. So you won't be able to tell what account you used to download the DLC from. Just go through your downloads list in transaction management and see if that account has the DLC, if it does, then that account is probably the account you downloaded the content from.

Downloading anything from PSStore activates that account on your PS3, you are able to use the content on the PS3 (which means any account on that PS3). Deactivating would disable the content for the whole PS3, so no accounts on that PS3 would be able to use it. Other PS3s that are activated won't be effected, as you would have to deactivate manually on those PS3s to deactivate the content there too.

Play with someone who doesn't have any of the map packs, then you will be multiplayer map pack free!

There's no way... unfortunately.

Just try to find people to play with that dont have map packs. Also they wouldnt allow us to pick which map we want. Because some maps would never get chosen, some would be picked way too much like Nuketown and because people would just pick maps they do the best on.
