First of all u need a PS3 with a CFW , download this ( 1.02 PKG ): You must login or register to view this content. and when ur download finish open it . it is a .win . ok then look ur bles30591 or bles01031 , open it .

Now put the UP0002-BLUS30591_00-CODBLOPSPATCH001-A0102-V0100-PE.pkg or EP0002-BLES01031_00-CODBLOPSPATCH001-A0102-V0100-PE.pkg into a flashdrive.

Go to your ps3 and plug the flashdrive , ok now go to Install Package Files and click the UP0002....

U finish!!! Now open ur Cominges or Black Box (filezila) and put the EBOOT or patch u want to putt.

So I this for ps3 or xbox

when u install the 1.02 pkg it doesnt load black ops to ur hard drive so it wont show in comgenies awesome file manager or black box
