try deleting your patch and re-installing all data.

i have tried that i have even tried with Title updates 9, 10,11,12,and 13 all yield same result.

Try finding a new source for your dlc.. Are you sure its for the right BLUS/BLES

they are from psn and yes they are from the correct region
