Sorry for those who groan, even when it's a genuine question, but you can't do it. The only 15th prestige eboot hacks you can do are on the 1.02 update but if you have that you can't go online, even with a patchblocker. So, untill they make 15th prestige eboot hacks for the 1.13 update, you're out of luck.
