(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So like is it possible to mod Black Ops Online if you have a Jailbroken PS3 and a Retail 4.0 Ps3?

nope, because the newest eboot is encrypted with the newer keys.
the highest you can go is 1.09.

(except for 1 person i know)
