I know that this does work for ascension map, but i havent tested it out on any other map YET. the tutorial video will be up soon, but for now ill have to tell you how to do it.

first things first: you need the sickle to do this. this is because the sickle lets you knife faster, making the glitch WAY easier. you also need a pistol or ballistic knife or ray gun. you dont NEED the raygun, but it is very light and helps. if not, a pistol will do just fine) go to the mystery box, open it up. knife the top of the lid, spin, knife the top, spin, knife the top again, and spin one more time. look at your weapon, about 90% of the time you will get a raygun, thundergun, LMG, gersch, oor matchryska doll.

try it out for yourselves, it works. like i said ill upload a video on it soon. +rep me if this helped you

um.... you mentiond about 30% of the weapons that appear in the box their, and assuming that the box doesnt have a brain and decides that if it gets knifed itl change....i thinks thats not a glitch. its preety much the ''open box, shoot 4 times with pistol, crouch and stand, shoot 4 more times and reload'' kinda thing( even though it F**CKING WORKS lol). but yeah if its that then good luck ^_^

Will people just accept the fact that the Random Box is actually RANDOM... the fact that you got a good weapon after "knifing the top of the lid, spin, knife the top, spin, knife the top again, and spin one more time" is down to LUCK!

its luck that every time i do it i get good guns? ive never gotten no damn pistol or g11 when ive done it.
