Did u datatransfer from Ur 3.55 to Ur 4. 11 if u did then load the savegame New and Start the Game dont sign in Start a Single Player change button Layout to Default on options Then use the dpad UP Down and the Rest should Show u the mods sign in then leave Solo Game go online Modus private Match and Start it.

iv tried nearrly all th ways i data transfered it before and it said cannot load another persons save game,

I Used xploder to resign Ur Game Save

I can resign it for u pm Ur Skype

i had xp lobby and that worked perfectly
