Would the 3 shot burst thing have worked on sniper rifles?

Also, the mirror thing would've been quality for SnD.

What are the hex code's for these?

A lot of these were included in some modded lobbies a few weeks ago when you could mod your perks and weapons. This is how the Jester video was done when they claimed to have found a new way to do the Javalin glitch.
