IW researched so much on how to stop the package glitch because everyone released a new way all in one month therefore all been patched it was over used and very annoying when on the recieving end

So now give up looking for a way because there isnt R.I.P Care Package Glitch & Javalin Glitch Both been patched COMPLETELY

CP Glitch isn't patched. I did it earlier to test it. You can still do the stun/flash way but you have to die before using your item.
