Here is my list of simple things anybody can do to improve their game, if you have any more please post them:

1- Learn every map. Try private games as just run about with marathon and lightweight, as knowing all of the nooks and crannies can help you predict where your opponents will be.

2- Sit eye-level to your tv. Some of you may not and do good well that's fine but try sitting eye level and your game should improve.

3- Use suitable killstreaks. If your not the greatest player putting on 7-11-25 isn't a good idea as your never going to achive it. Try killstreaks that your regurlarly achive; for instance 4-5-6.

4- Try out different controls. Many people have never tried moving from the custom sensativity, so don't know on what they are missing out on. Find one that suits you, if that's 2 then fine. Also try out the tactical layout and see if that suits you.

5- Turn your sound up. With the sound of you are turning off one way of finding your enemies. With it a bit higher you shouldn't get killed from behind as much.

6- Enjoy when you play. Probably the most important point yet, if your not having a good time you won't play well. Try a different game or do something else, the whole point is to enjoy yourself so don't get too worked up.

7- Use cover to your advantage. The less of you that is seen, the less of you will be shot. Think about where to move to next and what you can hide behind. Crouch behind things and pop up to shoot every so often. This should reduce your deaths. (idea from Pricey91)

.50 cal silenced is a 2HK anywhere in the chest area and a OHK in the head if you are right beside them. So i would say in real life its like a 15% OHK with a barrett silenced with cold blooded.

it is hard to use thermal scope and silencer with slight of hand or scavanger and stopping power with the intervention isn't a 100% ohk even in the chest i can just run faster and i still get ohk with silenced .50 cal at long range...and if i dont kill them i will hit them again

Exactly what i was thinking i didn't believe in his OHK distance shots with a silenced .50 and cold blooded haha well i believe it sorta cause you have to have some luck on your side for that.


When you got 3 guys running through an area 2 shots for each person is pretty stupid.

No no i think he's talking about your whole run on sentence and about how it hardly makes any sense to anyone but yourself.

In my opinion stopping power will always improve your one shot kill ratio on any sniper, however I don't feel it should be on the list as I don't belive a sequence of perks improve peoples game overall.

I would agree alittle with you, i wouldn't tell anyone to use it unless you were sniping and even then if someone is using a thermal scope your screwed.

also even with cold blooded thermal scopes can kill
