It would be in the company's best interest to release DLC. the lawsuit shouldn't impact that at all... If anything it will just be delayed.
Also didn't they sign some contract w/ Microsoft on the DLC too? ATVI won't break that

Actually, I've been waiting for a perk like quickhands. Switching guns is ****ing slow, especially when going heads up with someone.
If they add overkill they would have to take out one man army, no? I thought OMA was to replace Overkill? I'm kind of dissapointed that Backlot isn't back
That one one of my favorite maps(though I like the 3 that are coming).
