Um I think the actual statement was that HE was getting more info this week. It mentions nothing about a date, nor does it indicate that he or anyone at IW will be sharing it with the rest of the community.

OP: The fact that the card is to be released on March 15th would actually lead me to believe that the DLC is more like a month away so the promotion has time do what it is intended to do.
