Maps are fine, because it's not something that really affects everyone. But when someone in Afghan shoots me(after DLC) with a skorpion and I'm sitting there with the shitty gUMP45 that I have, I will most likely rage quit.

DLC's IMO is made for maps. Not for perks; and not for guns. You shouldn't have to pay $15 to get 3 guns and 3 perks. That should be out of the package, and made free, sperately.

EDIT: You guys completely misunderstood me. First off, my info came from a thread in this very section, just look around. Secondly, it doesn't matter what ****ing gun I'm talking about. I say UMP and everyone freaks out. **** guys, that's not the point. The point is someone PAID to get a new gun, when it should of been in the game already..

That doesnt make sense, if they made guns than a patch would have to add the option for that gun in like on w@w where you cant select a zombie map if you did not download the DLC

If you watched the leaked videos of the hacked maps/guns for the map pack, you would know what he is talking about.

-Yes guns should already be in the game. But seeing as Infinity Ward doesn't give two shits about their consumers, you have to buy them if you want them. Though I'm sure the new DLC will get hacked into oblivion(possibly free) if the maps really are already on the disc.

Actually im pretty sure DLC guns would mess up the game (Wouldnt work right)
If theyre going to release guns it might be in a patch instead so everybody gets them.



Actually the reason there is so many scrapped things left in MW2 is because Activision rushed them to a deadline so they had no more time to work on it.

I say it's a free market and Activsion can do what they want... you have the choice as a consumer to not purchase the DLC or play the game. It's not a question of fair or not. This is what I love about capitalism & free markets.

It is a question about if it's fair or not. I paid $60 bucks for this game. I'll bet you $60 bucks somewhere on the disk these maps and guns were hidden in there not yet discovered.

Activision is a for profit company... this means they can charge whatever they want. Being a free market, you have the option to buy that product or not.

When you buy the product, it doesn't give you any rights to tell the company how to run it's business. If you want to tell the company how to run it... then buy shares of Activision. It's a public company and you can be an owner.

Amen!! An excellent example of capitalism at its finest. This feeling of entitlement drives me insane. Would it be fair if they put guns in? Yes it most certainly would. I work my ass off if I decide to buy the DLC (which I will) I worked for that money. You can choose to do the same. Here is where people with a next-gen console, and a monthly internet bill will say they can't afford it. If you have the internet, and can't afford $15 rethink your choices in the long run you can't afford the internet, I would consider selling the console as well. Now let me address the whole "I'm too young for a job." *cough cough bullshit cough cough* There's work out there, get off your ass and find it. If you're my neighbor kid the spring thaw has left a hell of a mess in my yard I'll pay you to clean it. If you're not, there's someone near you that feels the same way.
