i wanna spend around £60, i know my recordings wont be in HD but i can live with that

i have windows 7 aswell, have no idea if that means anything but im guessing it does since its quite recent

can someone givee me some info/links to everything i need for a good quality capture card??

the dazzle im getting is white and its the DVC-100, ive seen the quality of it on youtube and its clear

The Ezcap is good you can get it for aroubd £30 with all the cabels etc here is an exaple of my quality when it is rendered

yes it is a male to 2 females. You should look into an easycap and the guide I gave you, it has better quality than some dazzles. For those that don't think so, then just look at the video.

actually the easycap is good quality, didnt focus on that one too much

ok im getting easycap lol...im actually getting it for my xbox and yours is on ps3 but that wont make a difference in the settings/quality will it?

oh god, dont get dazzle... pay 30 more dollars and get the AVer TV HDDVR

Well if you are good with making the video quality a bit better go with the easycap. If you dont wanna do any editing with the videos just go with the dazzle they take less video work.

I have an Averhdtv pvr. Cost me 70 bucks, pure perfect HD quality. Here is an example of it.

yeah thats what you need. Indeed gold plated are always best.Don't forget you need an rca cable. If you search on ebay im pretty sure xbox has an S-video cable for it. Your total will be well within your budget.

I say look for an xbox s-video cable so you can get rid of your xb0x cable you have now. Here's a list of what you should look for:

1. 3 male to 2 female splitters, preferably the ones that are gold plated.
2. Composite to composite cable that's the Red, white, yellow on both ends.
3. S-video cable for xbox (check gamestop) or ebay.

and thats it. That is all you need. You can get rid of your xbox rca cable if you get an S-video cable. You will not need it.
