To top off your already bad week in gaming news, prepare to be in disbelief at the outrageous price Infinity Ward are asking XBL members to pay for their upcoming DLC release "Stimulus."

For just THREE new maps, along with two of the more unpopular maps from CoD4 (Overgrown and Crash), IW are demanding 1200MSP. This equates to $15.99 USD, $19.99 AUD or £10.99 if you're English.

This is probably one of the most overpriced peices of downloadable content I have ever seen. I have to ask myself, is there anything that Infinity Ward can do to make me have less respect for them? No, probably not..... Unless Robert Bowling demanded a handjob from each of the people willing to download the DLC......

everyone who thinks your also getting new game modes!!! Your wrong!!! Everyone is getting the new game modes because it is an update to the consoles when the dlc is released. They aren't going to give game modes just to dlc buyers. That wouldn't make people buy it, it would just make the people who don't buy it, hate IW even more.

better include stuff besides those maps.

I'd say the new mappack for MW2 is at a fair price, although two of the maps are older one from COD4 you are still getting 5 more maps to play.
If you think about it 1200 MS points is a good deal. If 3 maps should be 800MSP six maps should be 1600MSP so five would work out at 1200MSP.

In the long run no matter how many people moan about the price they will still pay it at some point and as for MW2 being a "broken" game because of all the glitches and hacks going on then the only people to balme for that is yourselves because your the ones using them.

Even though I want to say "Yes," that it's overpriced, I'd probably still get it..... in April that is.
