To top off your already bad week in gaming news, prepare to be in disbelief at the outrageous price Infinity Ward are asking XBL members to pay for their upcoming DLC release "Stimulus."

For just THREE new maps, along with two of the more unpopular maps from CoD4 (Overgrown and Crash), IW are demanding 1200MSP. This equates to $15.99 USD, $19.99 AUD or £10.99 if you're English.

This is probably one of the most overpriced peices of downloadable content I have ever seen. I have to ask myself, is there anything that Infinity Ward can do to make me have less respect for them? No, probably not..... Unless Robert Bowling demanded a handjob from each of the people willing to download the DLC......

Crash was one of the most liked maps on CoD 4 and a large amount of people I have talked to (not me) said they liked overgrown. Plus aren't they giving more than just those maps with the map pack? If so it isn't overpriced what so ever...If they aren't and it is just those 5 maps I'd say it is about 5 dollars overpriced and that isn't that bad.

how i look at it they spend time probally months to prepare the map pack to make the game extend its life which i think is great idea, amazon are doing the 1200 point card for 9.99 link here

so 5 maps for a tenner is £2 a map and the 2 old ones will be improved graphic wise so thats pretty good if you think about it, the game modes is just an update and not in the dlc i believe so everyone will get the game modes
