Just play abunch of private matchs, you'll get it.
I kept playing Global Thermonuclear War in a private match the other day and got the accolade 2 times Happy

to get the accolade you have to play a full match without getting any accolades

It's not "Earn no other accolade's in a match"
I've did that at least 30 times playing the full game and only have that accolade once.
I think they give it to you randomly
