Your video doesn't show you using the 2nd CP after you get it back. If the 2nd CP does nothing but go away when you click the right d-pad (aka "dummy"), then this is nothing new.

Lame! Although u can get extra xp points for doing the glitch. The old method will still work but the second care package won't come out
