Was it meant to happen, was the game programmed like this.
Its a new CP GLITCH so it is stilla glitch after patch 1.09.
Anyway it can be used for luring a bit.

Im not saying it isn't a glitch, what i'm saying is it's a new, but still patched, method of the old cp glitch.
