Infinity Ward have asked permission for sony and Microsoft to come together to find a solution to this. They will be patching the Prestige hack for the PS3 and the modded lobbies for the Xbox 360. This has not been confirmed but when you go onto Sony's website somewhere about it there is a article about it. Just in case anyone is planning to do the prestige hack for the PS3 and/or the modded lobbies for the Xbox, you better get a move on if they are going to patch this. Because this has not been confirmed there has not been a date this will be patched on as yet. Also, this will be a let down for the Auctions Section as there are people doing prestige hacking a modded lobbies. This may harm J-Tag users too as they are thinking about making a patch for that but they say that this won't happen to at least November. They're both already "patched", but there is patch bypassers which means you don't have to download the update and therefore the hacks/gltichs still work.

ya there is a patch blocker "which blocks patches" lol

They patched bypassing on cod4 once, I'm sure they'll find some way to make it so you can't do it anymore. Someone will probably just find a new way. I just hope they fix the damn ps3 leaderboards.

I heard the hacking cannot be undone, they can only start banning hackers.

i really want IW to bring in a feature so you can close your private matches (so no one can join session) its proper annoyin when your playin mike myers n someone joins and kills it.
