Infinity Ward have asked permission for sony and Microsoft to come together to find a solution to this. They will be patching the Prestige hack for the PS3 and the modded lobbies for the Xbox 360. This has not been confirmed but when you go onto Sony's website somewhere about it there is a article about it. Just in case anyone is planning to do the prestige hack for the PS3 and/or the modded lobbies for the Xbox, you better get a move on if they are going to patch this. Because this has not been confirmed there has not been a date this will be patched on as yet. Also, this will be a let down for the Auctions Section as there are people doing prestige hacking a modded lobbies. This may harm J-Tag users too as they are thinking about making a patch for that but they say that this won't happen to at least November. So many rumors going around all these boards, twitter etc... link to a source to know it's credible.

They can't patch the patch blocker because it is a different program. They never patched bypassing on cod4, just one way.

Well of course a new patch is coming on the DLC release date. This is to add in the maps to the play lists and for glitches/hacks etc. Even if they do attempt to patch Modded Lobbies on Xbox, there will be ways around it found. The last patch that came out tried to patch them and failed after one day.

Nothing is ever 100% patched
