Is there a way to automatically get host from host migration?

I am asking these becuase I want to try the net tools lag switch in a private match.DONT WORRY I am NOT a rAHtard and gonna try and use this in public ranked matches.I play fair and always have and always will but I just though it would be fon to mess around with in private matches with friends ya know.

if you're ingame you can hit your back button and then look for the box with the 4 bars that shows your connection if there all green and you have 4 or 5 bars you dont have host you will have 1 or 2 red bars.
