Yep, this guy is just defending himself. I couldn't see no 'blood splatter or guy on the bridge', he must have X-Ray vision or something.

1. If it hit the guy "hiding" in the water you would see the hitmarker on the ground.

YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HITMARKER ON THE BRIDGE EXACTLY WATCH IT AGAIN.

Hitmarkers are in the centre of you're screen all the time, plus you can clearly see his body fall to the ground.

just because the bullet hit the water doesnt mean he was in the water , they have to be in the crosshair for the bullet to hit them , and the water aint in the crosshair so... i believe this was real
