Ermm, no... When you no-scope, there's no telling where you're bullet will go (unless you're super good) just because the cross hair isn't aimed at the water, doesn't mean he never hit it.

well to me the crosshairs are stretching down to where the splash of water came from and also from what i see the blood comes from that same spot too soo im gonna go with the guy was laying in the grass...well hidden
PS: i dont see anyone on the bridge across the map, or blood splatter

If the bullet hits the water, how the hell could it possibly angle back up and into the air, and to the top of the bridge to kill the guy running across. I don't think a bullet can go in two directions at once.
