If there is a kilstreak in the air that has to deploy flares to shoot it down than more than one person can shoot it down and get points for it. Lets say it's an ac130., you get someone to deploy all of the flares than while the last missile is traveling you start shooting at it. When it gets shot down the other person's name will come up saying ac130 destroyed and than you name will come up. I would show you except my dazzle is broken. : (

Does the person get the XP? It's happened to me before, where I've shot at a Chopper gunner/AC130 and someone else was shooting/trying to destroy it at the same time as me. When it blew up, it said that both of us shot it down, but I didn't get the XP for it.

You should both get XP. The first time it happened to me, i was shooting at it with a SCAR-H when someone shot down the ac130 with a stinger and i got XP.

Well, it didn't give me XP Maybe it did, but I just forgot about it?

i've had this happen to me a couple times before. it's a bit weird how you don't get a hit marker for shooting the ac130, but the game says you helped destroy it, lol.

happend to me before with a pavelow both of our names came up as we shot it down, was pretty cool.

Its best used with a gun with high fire rate and accuracy, like an rpd, and u should shoot a javalin at it, every extra bullet you hit at it, while its blowing up counts as a kill, so if a harrier is 300 points and you shoot it 3 times while its blowing up you will get 900 points.
