If there is a kilstreak in the air that has to deploy flares to shoot it down than more than one person can shoot it down and get points for it. Lets say it's an ac130., you get someone to deploy all of the flares than while the last missile is traveling you start shooting at it. When it gets shot down the other person's name will come up saying ac130 destroyed and than you name will come up. I would show you except my dazzle is broken. : (

This has happened lot's of times before, and it's not as complicated as you make it out to be. Basically, all you have to do is hit the killstreak reward (Pavelow, Harrier, Helicopter etc...) at the exact same time as someone else does with a launcher i.e Stinger or a Javelin which would kill it anyway without your help.
And yes, both of you get xp... I think.

i got xp the other day for shooting about 10 bullets at a pavelow the other day with a assault rifle then someone destroyed with stinger but never realised we both get credit for destroying it

I did this a couple of times and now everytime I see someone taking down a KS I try shooting it at the same time.

Someone destroyed a Pavelow with a Stinger but I shot a couple of M9 bullets at it and it said only I destroyed it

happend to me before with a pavelow both of our names came up as we shot it down, was pretty cool.

He didn't make those pics, so i don't really think you have to ask permission.
