We could do it as a clan tourney or just teams of people.

Here's my idea of the rules:
-Domination only. 200 point limit no time limit.
-None of the following perks: Scavenger, One Man Army, Bling, Hardline, Cold-Blooded, Danger Close, Commando, Scrambler
-Only Frags as equipment and only Smoke as Special Nades
-Iron Sights only (For Snipers, reg scope)
-Only sniper allowed is Intervention
-No camping (For the record, sniping is NOT considered camping)
-No silencers
-No Akimbo
-Killstreaks disabled
-Each team is limited to ONE person using a sniper rifle in each game. You cannot change your sniper in the middle of aa game, however, you can change them between games.
-No dropshotting
-No Grenade Launcher, Shotgun, or Heartbeat Sensor attachments
-Secondaries can only be handguns
-No glitching or hacking that affects the game (Prestige hack does not count)
-The host must be a 3rd-party (Someone who ISNT playing, just spectating)
-The host will choose the map
-Each team has a right to refuse to play on a map ONCE in the entire competition, this decision will be chosen by the team leader.

All entrants would have to donate Vbux to enter, and the winning team will have 90% of the donated Vbux split between them.

Anyone not on NGU who is participating doesn't have to be bought in, but if their team wins, their share of the Vbux will be split equally between the other members ofthe team

How are you going to enforce the rules of no camping or no dropshotting? lol so all people who camp and rush and dropshot cant play. Also only one person is allowed to snipe. so you have just excluded about three fourths of the MW2 community.

Also noticed that you allow noob tubes and launchers which isnt allowed in almost all tournament types. If you want to make it fair disable everything which the game allows you to do. no perks shotties launchers, killstreaks, noob tubes, etc.

However, trying to manipulate the style of play is lame. Camping might be stupid but what if thats all someone is good at? or what if dropshotting is the key to someones play style? or sniping? The rules are bias to certain styles of players.

Yeah, some of this is pretty dumb.
No drop shots, thats like saying you cant strafe to the left or right while shooting. Why would cold blooded matter if theres no killstreaks?
It should just be more like a GB match. No killstreaks, noob tubes, shotguns, claymores. Have a respawn delay.

Fine, DropShotting is allowed, and so is camping. Also, if you read it, I said no Grenade Launcher and you can only use pistols as secondaries.

I stand by my decision about the UMP and the Akimbo because I can just see some noob camping with UMP Silenced or spraying all over the place with P90 Akimbo.

I MAY allow Akimbo if enough people want it. Also, no Hardline because Hardline Pro = Painkiller after 2 (I think) deaths in a row.
