For example - The single G18 pistol has lots of recoil and a not-so-high amount of power. But for some odd reason the second you switch to akimbo glocks the guns recoil is gone and the power nearly doubles. Am I the only person (who notices this/ or is annoyed by this) ?

The reason the power doubles is because there is 2 of them.

I realize that. But have you ever been killed from around 120 feet away by dual G18's? Its quite frustrating when a gun that sprays so much can kill you so far away with such ease.

They have a ton of recoil no matter what attachment you use. And yeah, being killed over a long distance by them isn't some z0MG 1337 H4X0I2 skill.

I'd take Akimbo M9's with steady aim and stopping power over almost any primary in the game. They're beast! The G18's don't do it for me; don't like the kick. Akimbo M93's are not bad, put I'd rather any of the single shot pistols apart from the deagles. Without Akimbo, pistols are not really that effective, if you need the extra range then just duck and reload.

Yeah, dont get me wrong, im not bashing akimbo weapons im just saying that like many other things, they mat need a little tweaking (Commando)

I agree with SEEBEE on the issue of the G18w/akimbo. The fact that those guns can remain accurate (without steady aim) maintaining a great deal of power with distances of up to 50 yards is ridiculous. Even more so then the pre - patched 1887s'.

Ewww Models. I think they were literally watching terminator 2 when they put those guns in the game.

Yeah but in my opinion the Rangers were made exactly right. They are sawn-off so they are very powerful, but they are also alot shorter range.
