I want to know if this could work (my own modded Lobby):

1. Connect PC with PS3 (PS3 HDD Studio?)
2. Look for MW2 Patch file (Patch 1.10)
3. Decrypt the Patch (Which program ?)
4. Open & edit the Patch (Which program ?) (Script Language: C++ ?)
5. Save & crypt the Patch file
6. Transfer the file back to the PS3
7. Have fun w/ MODDED LOBBY.... (???)

Is this a good way or BULLSHIT ?

You might aswell try, just follow the tutorial on the readme on the PS3 HDD studio, don't follow any of the false tutorials people have been posting on here, because they over simplified it.

Hmm, if anything, there should be a way to downgrade a ps3. Calling sony and asking them too because you had linux or something would probably work.

Theres a away you can hack MW2 without the 3.00 firmware

i figured out how to get the patch of the HDD on FW 3.30 im just gonna try it now if it work ill post a tutorial im gonna try hack COD4 first because the ps3 codes are easy to get and the MW2 codes are for jtag xbox so im not gonna risk that it should work but only a select few people will be able to do it not because its hard because what you need to do it
