(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); No similar thread was found and I'm kinda curious for this.

So I've been playing tons of CoD4 again and I must say, I met loads of juggernaut people, but not ONCE I was raging at it.

Painkiller on the other hand, can make me throw my controller to my TV. It has stopped me from reaching nukes and the likes... and it's just SO annoying when you're about to shoot someone, he has painkiller and you have to use whole clip, and you get killed during the reload.

Painkiller get's my vote for being worse, WAY worse.

what about you?

Meow.
Painkiller, especially when you're on a good killstreak and the guy kills you.

And don't wear it out.
You guys are funny. Only one person took into account that Juggernaut lasts for the entire match, while painkiller only lasts 10 seconds. So lets take a look at that in perspective:

Say a player's average life is 1 minute. That's 60 seconds.

With painkiller, the number of shots needed to kill somebody is multiplied by about 2.5 (if the gun does 30 damage which is the average in MW2 then it kills in 4 bullets with the standard 100 damage. If the damage is divided by three then the gun deals 10 damage. That's 10 shots to kill. 10/4 = 2.5)

With juggernaut, the number of bullets needed to kill usually increases by 1. That's a 1.33% increase.

The chances of running into the person with Painkiller while it's active in a 1 minute life is 16.6%. The chances of running into a person using Juggernaut while it's active are 100%, no matter what the lifespan.

2.50% - 1.33% = 1.17%
100% - 16.6% = 83.4%

83.4% > 1.17%

Point is, although it takes a few more bullets to kill somebody with painkiller, it's way over compensated by the fact that your chances of running into somebody using painkiller are 6 times smaller than those of running into a Juggernaut.

By the way, I use both.

1,000th post FTW.

painkiller is far worse, juggernaut was actually a good perk and its no different to stopping power.

I don't see anything wrong with Juggernaut. Painkiller is just... well a pain!

Well we all know Juggernaut lasts the entire match. But really it's not too much of a problem, at least in my eyes. The one extra bullet has never bothered me. And even if I'm using the M40 most of the time I can still get a one shot kill. I'm sure you're math is correct, but I run across painkiller quite a bit, and it always seems to be at the worst times. And when you do come across it, it's much more of a pain than Juggernaut is.

I dont get why they took out Juggernaut. It balanced out with Stopping Power, so that it was Fair. Everyone complained about Juggernaut so they go and replace it with something that is 10 times worse than Juggernaut? I don't really understand

You would waste that much time to figure that out?
Juggernaut never bothered me in cod4 and waw.
But painkiller? OMFG that is just bullshit they have painkiller and its a you both see each other at the same time if they have good aim 100% chance they are winning.

I'd much rather go up against a juggernaut than a painkiller.

It's not that hard to shoot one or two extra bullets with Juggernaut. Painkiller is by far much worse.
