PS3 FW UPDATE 3.40!!! hunter, unknown and them guys all said their mw2 hack might get patched with update 3.40, and its here. i was reading it and all i got outta it is that you can eddit vidoeo and thats about it. i read it really fast so i mighta missed something. but what do u guys think? is this the end of mw2 hacking as we know it? or will we have to resort to something like the xbox and come up with a jtag. we have had some talk about it but u need to be a computer programer to understand it. but anyways guys, whats ur thoughts on the update?

yes, but they cant use the same method of hacking that cuz we now have to find another way to hack it and it was hard enough to hack MW2!!! so good luck to eveyone!!!

its not i was just reading the info off ps3news and it says its only the new video edit and uploader thats new to the system so yes wee will still be able to hack mw2

Well i dont think hacking will be the case anymore because sony is getting harder and harder to hack....im not sure on the ps2 but the psp was about a 6 to hack....10 being the hardest and now the ps3...i dont even want to attempt it i dont want to take the risk of breaking it and having to buy another one

you really think they will tell us if they do patch it. i somehow doubt it.

yah, i dont wanna break my ps3 but i already had to format mine and like a dumb ass, i forgot to back it up but BREAKING it is much wors.

well thats why hunter and the unknown no what there doing i heard hunter has 12 ps3's and thats the reason why he knows what he's doing if i had that many i would sell ten of them than pay one of them too do it for me

yah, if i was hunter, and i had 12 i would do the hacks on o say 5 of them and them sell them for $1,000,000 lol.
