PS3 FW UPDATE 3.40!!! hunter, unknown and them guys all said their mw2 hack might get patched with update 3.40, and its here. i was reading it and all i got outta it is that you can eddit vidoeo and thats about it. i read it really fast so i mighta missed something. but what do u guys think? is this the end of mw2 hacking as we know it? or will we have to resort to something like the xbox and come up with a jtag. we have had some talk about it but u need to be a computer programer to understand it. but anyways guys, whats ur thoughts on the update?

Simple to find out. The only thing Sony would have patched Is the encryption. If someone has got the 3.40 dummy it and see if the sectors still have a pattern. Rumours going around saying they changed to a 256b encryption if that's the case things are gonna get tough. Am not updating yet. Gotta try a few different things first
