OMG! This isn't real, right? Because since the maps came out all elevators gone patched. This is maybe a Screen edit. Gun and Start Menu from MW2 and the map from CoD4, really good edit !!!

If you RFOM bypass you don't have any downloaded maps.

Delete the patch, hence delete the maps, then go and download the maps and install them, and you will have the maps and no 1.11 update.

I downloaded the maps the other day after deleting the patch and still had to install 1.11
