UPDATE :

I GOT TO INSTALL THE PATCH FROM PROXY BUT WITH THE DSKTOP METHOD LIKE CLICK THE LITTLE BOX AND SELECT THE FILE AND IT STILL DIDNT WORK I HAD I PATCH WITHH ALL HACKS THANX TO FLOCKRCK AND I GUESS PATCH IS NOT THE METHOD MAYBE WE SHOULD LOOK OVER THE GPADO_MP OR PARAM FILES I DONT KNOW I CAN GET THE PATCH TO PS3 EVEN THE PATCH WITHH ALL HACKS BUT THEY ARE NOT FUNCTIONABLE

EDIT:I just try to download the original .pkg .. and it download ..
so if the modded .pkg .. dont download is bad checksum and bad
codes ..

i smell bs, im 99% sure you downloaded onto your ps3 the clean regular patch, so it would install, if not then upload the patch then you used so we can inspect it and see if it was a modded patch.
