UPDATE :

I GOT TO INSTALL THE PATCH FROM PROXY BUT WITH THE DSKTOP METHOD LIKE CLICK THE LITTLE BOX AND SELECT THE FILE AND IT STILL DIDNT WORK I HAD I PATCH WITHH ALL HACKS THANX TO FLOCKRCK AND I GUESS PATCH IS NOT THE METHOD MAYBE WE SHOULD LOOK OVER THE GPADO_MP OR PARAM FILES I DONT KNOW I CAN GET THE PATCH TO PS3 EVEN THE PATCH WITHH ALL HACKS BUT THEY ARE NOT FUNCTIONABLE

well technically speaking we didnt see the hack in action and plus shane1230 did say it was supposed to download 1.11 patch slower but that went really fast
