This is a good program to edit your Offline Profile. You can change you number of accolades etc. It's normaly for PC but it works for PS3 too..

very nice, i think im going to mod all my accolades to 9999999 or something like that, then if i recieve the emblem, i will degrade my number each time to find the exact number needed.
