This is a good program to edit your Offline Profile. You can change you number of accolades etc. It's normaly for PC but it works for PS3 too..

I'm sure that To get spinning Skull You only have to do all Prestige Challenges (Including the ones in guns)...

That's because you have to uncorrupt it. Load up regular single player, on patch, load your hacked profile, and start the game. Spawn, shoot a couple bullets, end game. When you are back the to pregame lobby, quit game, do the proxy bypass, and it should load up in splitscreen.
