(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey everyone this method may or may not but if I don't post it soon i'll blow up.

Can you not just put the patch_mp.ff into a .ZIP file (uncompressed) and change the extension to PKG, then block MW2 from downloading the patch_mp.ff from their own server, by using Anon Proxy Server. Then the ps3 will download the PKG from their own servers but blocking the patch_mp.ff from download from their servers and downloading the patch_mp.ff from your own?

Just a theory.

could work BUT the PKG file hasnt just got the patch inside , its got more , and i think its IMPOSSIBLE to open a pkg file

No it wont work. The pkg has to be compressed just right or you will get an error

Well I got a program that puts the ff into the pkg, but I still run into checksums. If we could figure that out, we could do it.

You can't, someone else has already unpacked and repacked a PKG with all the checksums correctly done and it didn't work.
This is because there is write protection on it so if you change anything or do anything to the file which wasn't originally on there it fails.
