Edit: To be more specific, why do you boost as opposed to playing the game how it's intended to be played?

People boost to look good afterwards
with there gold titles and stuff
but they are just cheating themselves

I boost so i can get some cool titles and emblems. After i get the desired things i will do the prestige hack and go to level 1 no prestige ^^

you can go to Lvl1 - no prestige, zomg, Ima hook myself up with that Sh!tz

I tend to be the one who is completely anti-cheating, but I will boost occasionally just to experience the culture. I never get too far in though. For me, it's more of the experience of seeing what type of people actually boost, and it's easy to tell if they have a mic. I'm sure i'm not the only one who is just an average person that just likes exploring the culture of the hackers, cheaters, and liars.

I did boosting when I was able to (cage matches).

The reason I did so was because I want new camos as stupid as it may seem. I mean, I can't be asked to get 250 headshots with say, the MP5K, just don't feel like going to all the trouble. Also, I want to get the attachments much faster and easier.

People like to boost so they can show off their cool camos and say their legit. Others do it to level up fast.
