(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I think that sniping really grew after the release of modern warfare 2. once the montages came out and the clan OpTic got bigger, everyone wanted to be a beast sniper. i personally get rly frustrated after like 3 games and then stop. then the next morning, i see a cool montage and then start sniping again. what are your guys' opinion on the sniping community? what are your reasons on why it is so popular?

Snipping is "cool" because you can pretend your good by hitting one 360 shot or a noscope.

i know. whenever i get a quickscope, i feel so good and im like hella happy. but then after like 3 games, i get rly pissed

I like to snipe because I feel like any one can just run around with an AK and dominate. I mean my buddy iLL x UnLeAsHeD is 20-0 in 2v2 game battles and 162-0 in 1v1 facing people who claim they are the best. I also love how every one thinks there the shit, I am okay at it. Sniping grew because it was like the only thing this game had that took a lot of skill and practice to really get down and time it right.

Why do people keep saying sniping takes skill? MW2 sniping is easy, & thats why it's popular... Because anyone can do it. BO will take sniping back to what it should be. No gay @$$ SoH pro & 3 separate semi-auto snipers with lame attachments.

It's a stress reliever for me anymore. I like to do it in SnD messing around, but when I get some clan to play against I try and be a douche just to hear their responses between rounds, this game is too broken to have fun any other way IMO

Everyone snipes because you can show how you "owned" some noob by taking a sick shot off them. Well until you get hitmarkers that is.
