It's because people are whining bitches, that's the plain and simple truth of it. I quick scope but usually only if someone pops up and scares the shit out of me when I have my sniper out. As far as the skill everyone says it takes goes, it really isn't that difficult. It's all in the timing between the left trigger and the right trigger, I practiced on the acetylene tanks on Afghan lmao. Normally though I'm that sniper with his back against the outside edge of the map creeping around picking off as many headshots hard scoping as I can.

The other day I was creeping when a quick scope try hard kid with a ton of XxX in his name popped around the corner with his intervention, he fired and missed, I proned and pulled out the spas, jumped back up, end of story, the spas doesnt miss. He starts bitching, "You're terrible you have a sniper rifle but you use a shotgun!" I simply replied with, "Its called tactical use of your secondary, if I'm terrible your dead ass must really suck." I don't know if he left right then or after a few more failures but he was gone at the end of the game.

i once got flammed because i was no scoping in a 1v1, instead of quickscoping.

a GOOD sniper knows when to: hardscope,quickscope,noscope. the people who call you gay if you hardscope are gay them selves. if some one is really far away and you can barely see them, you're not gonna waste 4-5 shots trying to hit them. you should hardscope them. if they're within medium range and shooting at you you're not gonna take your time and hardscope them, you're gonna react fast and quickscope them. if they're super close, your gonna no scope them or knife them.

I'd rather hard scope and get the kill instead of trying to be cute and quick scoping and risking a miss. Besides the fact why the hell would I be in medium or close range areas with a Sniper Rifle?


I do my "quick scoping" from the hip with my Spas 12. Pow right in the stomach.
