What perk do you think is the most under rated?

IMO, Sitrep has saved my ass countless times as well as telling me where they're hanging out.
Last stand with final stand has extended a few killstreaks too plus a reason to use the MUTE perk.

ninja pro. all i play is Search and Destroy and it seems like no one else uses it. It gives me a huge advantage.

Scrambler (Pro) = best under rated perk hands down

Scrambler sucks i say Steady Aim for when i need to spray and pray

Cold Blooded Pro - Good for ninjas

I use it for spas so it can have longer range.
