What perk do you think is the most under rated?

IMO, Sitrep has saved my ass countless times as well as telling me where they're hanging out.
Last stand with final stand has extended a few killstreaks too plus a reason to use the MUTE perk.

Danger Close and One Man Army

Why would you want a perk that draws attention to enemys? /facepalm

SitRep Pro & MAYBE, MAYBE Scrambler Pro (depending on what kind of player you are, NOT GOOD for "campers/snipers")

hardline pro makes it so that people hate me even more when i go on a 2 death deathstreak. also hardline with UMP isn't half bad.

Scrambler is amazing if you are camping, as it acts as an "enemy lure" and provides you with constant traffic, as people tend to gravitate towards the source of the scrambling. IT always works well if you are rushing with e.g. P90 FMJ, as it acts as a silencer to nearby enemies thus masking your location, as well as giving you immunity to claymores.
