You talkin to me?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK, I've extracted the MW2 1.10 PKG (DEBUG), and am currently in the process of trying to edit the patch_mp.ff file.
Now, I know that as of now, you cannot properly edit and save a PS3 patch_mp.ff file. However, you can on XBox. So I know that the headers are different and that changing a ps3 patch to the header of an xbox one will not work. But what about the other way around?

What if I edited a MW2 360 patch_mp.ff then changed the header to a PS3 one? Then rebuild the PKG and install using PSJB?

Any ideas/Thoughts?

Once again Xcellerator you are not going to get any good help here! Your better off asking at Ps3News they have real coders and such, not children!

No offense to anyone its just the truth!

Sorry I was overexagerating! 70 30 seems fair!

Xcellerator,
I am just not that interested in the same stuff you are, Plus I just got a Mac Book So I am trying to get used to it, However once my PSJB gets here I will be interested in Getting access to the flash memory, and making a PsId Spoofer/Changer.

I have still have to redownload the SDK. I downloaded it a year ago but it seemed like nothing would come of it so I let it go. (Guess I need to get on torrent).

So basically I am just talking out of my azz right now!

I've heard a PS3 edition of FF viewer was being made, although I don't know if it ever was completed, I've never found it for download, and you still will probably have the syntax error, you need to work on that too, the PSjb simply bypasses the signature and the checksums, not the syntax, but It'll at least be easier, the PSjb is simply a shortcut

You can edit the .ff with the ps3 header. It's just the compresstions are different. Use offzip to decompile with -a -1 -z -15 settings. Gsc files are from 78DA to yyyy

I posted a ps3 patch_mp in a thread. Open it with original ffviewer (no updates) it's saves correctly aswell and it's the 1.11 patch
