Its funny because if your not tryharding your either a camper or noob so like why complain.

This term usually is said by lil b*tch snipers that suck at quick scoping and want you to stand still and not move or shoot so they can touch themselves to an old and overrated shot.. And for the people living in the past.. quick scoping is old, its not cool anymore and it dosn't impress anybody, it was a phase, i did it, i got over it. Just saying, and you know its true if you get a game winner with it people won't even say cool. Sure its fun and i guess it takes skill but if you wanna handicap yourself thats your problem not mine.

Like the other day i was playing around in ffa with an aug bar, was'nt drop shotting or anything and this little geek is like OMG TRYHARD STOP AUG TRYING OMG like wtf? smd every time i saw him after that i on purpose jump then drop shotted to piss him off..

I guess i didn't make it clear by what i meant by try-hard. What i meant was im going to play the game and not just stand there and take hits.. i thought i made that clear with the last paragraph. Obviously nobody wants to go all out for every game.. i don't think i ever go all out. My point is even IF i went all out on every game why should that be looked down apon?

And about quick scoping I don't think i made that clear either. Maybe its just me but if you rewind to the beginning of summer sniper lobbies would just spontaneously occur in ranked matches and everybody loved quick scoping. Now its liked less, meaning it was a phase. I guess i could relate it to cod4. Everybody liked cod4 and now most people moved on, sure people still play cod4 as much as they use to as people still quick scope but the hype, popularity and enthusiasm for it is greatly reduced, thus its a phase. Dunno how to make it more clear.

Did i ever say i go all out to win?.. I'm simply arguing that people have no right to call somebody a tryhard even if they are one, they don't really exist in actuality only in competitive matches. And your right it is just a game thus i should be able to do whatever i want whether it be quick scoping or try harding.

I don't see where you got that im ranting about quick scopers doing what they do, im simply saying that they should just shut up if they want to handicap themselves the rest of us don't wanna hear about hit markers or so called tryhards. Yeah i usually do that too but sometimes i get lazy, i also like hearing people's reactions to things and theirs actually some legit people that are fun to talk to so yeah.

Who can say for certain what is the definition of tryhard used in MW2.
It is now an insult used primarly by kids and seems to have become popular since people started quick scoping.
IMO it originally was used by better players to describe people who were ineffective using popular weapons set ups and had nothing to do with how hard you were playing the game.

There is enough wrong with the game than letting a 10yr old insult you.

if u did a 360, quikscoped and got the game winning kill, alot of people would be impressed, especially if it was a long shot

To be honest campers should be called try hards because they are sat there trying hard to get a high kd and get thier camp package. And anyway i dont see why people take it as an insult and get pissed off if they get called a try hard, so what if u wanna try hard to do well?
