My friend told me not to use it in public matches cause if someone saw it they could report me and get my psn account banned. Is it safe to use the rotating 10th emblem in a public match?

Yes, It was supposed to be AK47 IV challenge but it stops at AK47 lll.:mad:

i heard its ak 47 aster VIII or something like that but it does not exist but 402 has told everyone it can be unlocked without hacking, they just dont want to admit they ****ed up in coding the game

Lol this is PSN ! If it was Live or Steam maybe it might be a different story but otherwise nothing to worry about. I bet you when black ops is hacked or glitched, nothing will happen to those on PSN, despite the fear mongering by tyeriyaki (i.e. claiming that they will use recorded match video to investigate suspicious people).

i use it all the time, never have been banned, but u will get spammed by lots of people beggin u to get them in a challenge lobby,

You won't get banned.. as far as IW know, it's unlockable.

If an IW person is in the match and you even mention "challenge lobby" they can warn/ban for that. It happened to my friend "lilgangster99" or something like that. But they can't do anything if you have the emblem or whatever. Just don't mention challenge lobbies to ppl you don't know in a public match. But I always have my emblem on. So yay for spinning skulls
