My friend told me not to use it in public matches cause if someone saw it they could report me and get my psn account banned. Is it safe to use the rotating 10th emblem in a public match?

just like everyone else is saying you cant get banned for using it. it doesnt give you an advantage over others so its just like with the prestige hack. THEY WONT BAN YOU

yeah loads of people have it now including me, but i dont use it i use cod4 8th prestige emb and gold stinger

I think it's true, i got my account prestiged hacked bout a month ago nd nothings happened. Alot of people hack or have hacked, they'd have to ban almost everyboddy lol

You can't get banned for using the spinning skull, you can only get banned for being a n00b.

You don't get banned by Sony for anything non-related to spending someone else's money, mainly because PSN is free so Sony cba with Moderators.

I hacked to tenth prestige and down to ninth. I was using my "Prestige Ten" title in a game. Someone threatened to ban me. I explained to him that on PSN's website they state hacking as something that gives you an advantage in a game. Titles and emblems don't make the other person any less likely to kill you. IW said the same thing.
