My friend told me not to use it in public matches cause if someone saw it they could report me and get my psn account banned. Is it safe to use the rotating 10th emblem in a public match?

Your friend is just fear mongering. Sony won't take it upon themselves to ban people for this. I don't think Activision/Infinity Ward can prove that you went into a challenge lobby to obtain it anyway.

Yeah getting banned for having an emblem on that's in the game seems realistic

BUT look at it this was 402 has told us it can be unlocked without cheating so even if you do have it on they will either think someone knows how or lets do nothing

I think someone confirmed a while back (may have been Fionn) that it was unlocked by a non existing challenge? Apparently they ****ed up the coding
